The Work

Every organization has the potential to be exceptional. Getting there requires clarity, alignment, and the willingness to look honestly at where you are and where you want to go. Unwavering Leadership works alongside organizations to make that happen.

Building Collective Capacity

Developing the skills, structures, and shared understanding that allow teams to grow and lead together — not just from the top down.

Establishing a Shared Vision

Helping organizations define their "why" and build a clear, common direction for teaching, learning, and decision-making that everyone can see and believe in.

Strengthening Culture

Culture isn't a poster on the wall. It's built through accountability, honest reflection, and relationships grounded in trust. The real thing takes real work.

Aligning People, Expectations, and Systems

When people, purpose, and process are working together, organizations move. The work is creating those conditions — and making sure they hold.

About Greg

Greg Frigoletto didn't arrive at the superintendent's office without seeing everything below it first.  He built his career from the classroom up ---teacher, administrator, and ultimately superintendent of Wayne Highlands School District---which means he understands what organizations look and feel like from every level, not just the top.

Along the way, he also gained extensive experience facilitating leadership development through the National Institute for School Leadership (NISL) and the Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership (PIL) program administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.  The combination of practical district leadership and work with nationally and state recognized leadership frameworks gives him a grounded, systems-level perspective on what it takes to lead schools effectively and sustainably.

The work is practical, direct, and grounded in a simple belief: that strong organizations are built by strong people who know their purpose and don't waver from it.

That same conviction extends beyond the consulting room. Greg is a contributing voice on HarmonyTALK — an NPR-affiliated podcast featuring inspiring conversations with dreamers and doers who turned their vision into reality, often against great odds. For Greg, it's a natural extension of the same philosophy. He's not just advising organizations on how to find their purpose and hold the line — he's out in the world talking with people who have already done it.

Two different platforms. One unwavering belief.

Hear Greg on HarmonyTALK — broadcast Sundays at 4:30 p.m. on WVIA Radio and available on YouTube and all major streaming platforms.

In Their Words

  • "Greg actively participated in the Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership Program continually demonstrating exemplary leadership. So much so that upon completion of the program we pursued him to become a member of the statewide certified facilitators and the rest is history."

Hal Bloss - Region Three Program Leader for the Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership Program; Executive Director Luzerne Intermediate Unit #18

  • "In my over 15 years in educational leadership, Greg Frigoletto has inspired my career and leadership capabilities as much as anyone in my life, and has done the same for our entire administrative team. Greg was able to find strengths I didn't know I had, and guide me in overcoming my own weaknesses to help form me into being a more comprehensive leader. I will forever be grateful that Greg has been the best mentor for my career growth, and is still serving that role for me now."

Peter Jordan, Ed.D. - Assistant Superintendent - Wayne Highlands School District

  • "I came into the day unsure of what I would take away, but it ended up being the most inspiring and leadership focused experience of our entire program. Greg Frigoletto demonstrated what true leadership looks like: identifying challenges, taking action, and building innovative solutions that create lasting opportunities for students and communities. His passion, vision, and commitment to make a difference were evident in everything he shared. I left feeling energized, inspired, and grateful for the opportunity to learn from him."

Every decision needs to begin with "What's in the best interest of our students?"

Administrators who participate in Unwavering Leadership will gain practical strategies to strengthen leadership capacity, build a unified culture of accountability, and align their organizations around a clear vision for teaching and learning.  Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their foundational leadership beliefs, greater clarity in decision-making, and actionable tools to foster collaboration, reflection, and sustainable organizational growth.
